Lalbihari Jat

Nathdwara, Rajasthan

Lalbihari hand-paints devotional folk motifs onto seasoned wood, mixing his own mineral colours by hand.

A longer, in-person profile of Lalbihari is being written for our journal. Until then, every piece from this workshop ships with an artisan card signed by its maker.
