How long does shipping take?
Pan-India shipping is 5–7 working days from dispatch. We dispatch within 2 working days of order placement (sometimes faster) and you get tracking on the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet directly. We can arrange international shipping for orders above ₹15,000 — please write to us with the destination and we will quote.
Can I commission a custom piece?
Yes — for any piece you see on the site we can carry out custom carving, colour or size requests, subject to artisan availability. Lead times are typically 3–4 weeks.
Do you take corporate bulk orders?
Yes — we work with corporate gifting teams every Diwali season. Email us with rough volumes and we will share a curated catalogue with bulk pricing.
