Browse the shop or a collection, add the pieces you love to your cart, then head to checkout. Enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm — you'll receive an order confirmation on email within a few minutes.

Many of our folk-art pieces can be customised with your name, a monogram, or a bespoke colour palette. Write to info@woodeon.in with the product link and what you have in mind — our studio typically responds within one business day with a quote and timeline.

Each product page lists the dimensions in centimetres and inches, and shows the piece next to a hand or a common household object where useful. Because every piece is handcrafted, tolerances of ±3–5% are normal — this is part of the character of a hand-made object, not a defect.

Keep wooden pieces away from direct sunlight and moisture. Dust regularly with a soft dry cloth. If the piece needs cleaning, wipe with a barely damp cloth and dry immediately — never soak or use harsh chemicals, bleach, or solvents. A yearly rub with a food-safe wood wax will keep the finish rich for decades.

Yes. Choose Gift wrap at checkout to add a hand-tied parchment wrap with a jute ribbon and a personalised note — perfect for weddings, housewarmings, and Diwali gifting. Gift wrap is a flat Rs 79 per order and adds one working day to dispatch.

Most orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery then takes a further 3–7 days depending on your PIN code — metros are on the faster end, remote pincodes on the slower. Larger furniture pieces may take 10–15 days. You can track status any time from My Orders.

Enter your PIN code on any product page or at checkout — we auto-fill your city and state and confirm whether we deliver there. We currently serve all serviceable pincodes across India through Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.

Our courier partners re-attempt delivery up to two more times on consecutive working days. You can also reschedule or redirect to a neighbour through the SMS link they send. If all attempts fail, the package returns to our Noida studio and we contact you to arrange redelivery.

Not yet — we ship within India only, at present. If you'd like to gift a Woodeon piece abroad, write to info@woodeon.in and we'll try to arrange a bespoke international courier quote for you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), net-banking from all leading Indian banks, and popular wallets — all processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pincodes and cart values.

Yes. Every order ships with a GST-compliant tax invoice issued by Craftingwoods Atelier Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN 09AANCC6568K1ZV). If you need the invoice raised against a business GSTIN for input-tax credit, add your GSTIN at checkout in the billing details and we'll bill you accordingly.

COD is available on most pincodes for orders below Rs 15,000. A small COD handling charge of Rs 49 applies, shown transparently at checkout before you place the order. Larger custom pieces are prepaid-only because they are made-to-order.

Yes — no-cost and standard EMI are supported on most credit cards and via cardless EMI providers through Razorpay at checkout. BNPL options such as Simpl and LazyPay are also enabled. Eligibility and tenure depend on your bank / provider.

You can raise a return within 7 days of delivery from the order details page. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we process the refund promptly.

Prepaid refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Bank credit typically follows in another 2–3 days depending on your bank. For COD orders, refunds are issued to a bank account you nominate, via NEFT.

Bespoke and customised pieces (name-engraved, custom-coloured, or made-to-order) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Perishable and personal-care items are similarly non-returnable. Every product page lists whether it is returnable.

Card and net-banking refunds are reversed to the original card / account. UPI refunds land in the UPI ID that was charged. Wallet refunds return to the wallet. For COD orders we transfer via NEFT to the bank account you share with our support team.

You can register via email on the sign-up page, or use Continue with Google for a one-tap sign-in. An account lets you save addresses, wishlist pieces, track orders, and get access to member-only launches.

Head to forgot password, enter your registered email, and we'll email you a secure reset link that's valid for 60 minutes. If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead of resetting.

Woodeon is the direct-to-consumer brand of Craftingwoods Atelier Pvt. Ltd., a design-led studio based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We work directly with folk-art artisan families across India to bring their craft to modern homes without the middleman markup.

Yes. We use FSC-tracked mango and sheesham wood off-cuts from furniture ateliers, water-based non-toxic pigments, and plastic-free packaging (recycled kraft cartons with jute filler). Every piece is repairable — write to us if a favourite Woodeon piece ever needs restoration.
