Acceptance of terms

Your use of woodeon.in constitutes your agreement to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Minors may only browse under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@woodeon.in of any unauthorised access or breach of security.

Product listings — handcrafted variations

Every Woodeon piece is handcrafted by Indian artisans. Natural variations in colour, grain, finish, weight, and minor imperfections are inherent to the craft and are considered part of the character of the piece — they are not defects. We describe pieces as accurately as possible; on-screen colours may vary slightly from the physical product depending on your display.

Pricing, taxes & payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We accept payments through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery on serviceable pincodes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order arising from an obvious pricing error.

Order acceptance & formation of contract

Your order is an offer to purchase. The contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch the product from our facility and share the shipment tracking details with you — not on order placement or payment. Until dispatch, we may accept or decline your order in whole or in part, for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud or non-serviceability of the delivery pincode.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at no cost any time before dispatch, from /account/orders or by emailing info@woodeon.in with your order ID. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible — the return process under our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies instead.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Woodeon brand name, logo, artwork, product photography, illustrations, copy, code and all other content on woodeon.in are the property of Craftingwoods Atelier Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Prohibited uses

• Using bots, scrapers, crawlers or any automated means to access, monitor or copy the website or its content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data of other users.
• Reselling products purchased at retail prices without our written consent.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or misleading.
• Any conduct that violates applicable Indian law or the rights of any third party.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order or your use of the website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craftingwoods Atelier Private Limited, its directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, strikes, courier failures and internet outages.

Governing law, jurisdiction & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or an order shall be attempted to be resolved amicably in the first instance. Failing amicable resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Noida, Uttar Pradesh, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts at Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Severability & amendments

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. We may amend these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
